The Development Studio invests significant time studying walkable urban places as part of our development process and this is a platform where we share some of our findings.
Information Models
The Development Studio assembles the constellations of data that we feel are relevant to a particular corridor into information models. At times, the exact data we collect from one to the next varies, generally based on our interests and investment activity. However, typical standards of care and principles are followed to make it relate to the other data and metrics you can find. The data we use was 100% manually collected and no AI or bulk data was utilized.
