History
We think it is as old as 1860’s, but the first known record dates back to 1884 as a saloon, 1907 vacant, 1914 as the Salvation Army Hall, 1920 a battery service station, 1924 a saloon again, and by 1949 a restaurant that was the Coney Island we hear was there up until the 1960’s. Hotdogs were prepared up front, steaming the windows enticing passers-by to stop in for a bite. More recent history includes an eye doctor and an ISD support facility. Recently, I had a chance to meet another past owner and a pair of past tenants! They all shared a bit of history of their time with the space.
Take a Tour
It is a charming space with a lot of potential users from office, to coffee shop, to wine bar. It could be a live-work if you get the residential lease to the two story urban loft upstairs.
Survey Says.
Since June, nearly 60 people have voted on the QR code on the building to vote for things they want to see in the building. The leaders are…
Brunch Spot, Coffee Shop, Wine Bar/Beer Garden!

There is a demand for a boutique urban offering with a few projects already underway.
