Building has yet to sell and may reapproach as it is squarely in the middle of some major large scale redevelopment. Timing is important here, if I had an office tenant, we would make another push.

    Neighborhood resident paid the full overvalued asking price taking it off the market. New owners announced in mid 2023 that they are going to open “Good Good Good Wine and Flowers” here. Site remains under construction but the neighborhood is growing with over 100 new apartments as predicted.

    Great property that we negotiated for over year and lost the bid by less than 1% in 2022 to an unknown buyer. Interested in acquiring, if it returns to market, however that is unlikely since th rent has doubled on the corridor which exceeded our analyst expectations but proved the attempt was valid.
