3 | Sending Funds.
Through our ‘presubscription’ program, funds you send are securely held until you choose the right deal to buy into.
Rest assured, the money remains fully yours until you decide to commit at buy-in.
Deposit is formalized with our presubscription agreement, and you’ll receive quarterly statements to keep track. -
4 | Buy-In.
At this stage, you'll recieve a comprehensive set of documents for your review:
Private Placement Memorandum
A thorough analysis of the opportunity and risks.Operating Agreement
A detailed guide on how the LLC you'll own a part of will be managed.
Subscription Agreement
Secure your investment by eSigning this final document. -
5 | Updates.
Stay connected with regular updates on the project’s progress and your investment’s performance.
And whenever you’d like to visit your property, we’ll be more than happy to host you. -
6 | Distributions.
Keep an eye on your mailbox for distributions and your year-end K-1 for tax purposes.
