The Process

Tours are will be available again in July 2025 with completed lease application.

Availability and Deposit

The unit is occupied and if the tenant does not renew, it will be available August 1, 2025. Deposit is 1.5 monthly rent and is due with first month rent to secure.

Dog Friendly

With the dog park open this year, this unit is a great place for puppers! The unit is dog friendly with a $50/mo fee and has an additional Pet Agreement.

Utilities

Unit has its own electrical meter and gets service via Consumers Energy. Tenant pays 50% of the gas (other 50% paid by ground floor), and water/sewer/trash are paid by landlord. Internet is available for $50/mo or Tenant can get their own through Spectrum.

Access and Security

Never worry about being locked out! The unit has a keypad that you will have a code to and additional codes if you want them for guests. Need to change the code? Just a quick text to the property manager and you will get a new one squared away via the cloud. There is a Ring security system on site for the first floor and a cameras on the alley and back parking.

First Floor and Alley

The first floor is a commercial space that is for lease and we are actively trying to get a tenant. They will have primary use of the front half of the alley for food/beverage service while you will have priority over the green space on the back half of the alley.
